Twelve years reconnecting people with their bodies.

Zoë started out as a movement trainer, then went back to school to become a physiotherapist — merging clinical knowledge with movement expertise. Today her practice weaves several disciplines into one.

She works especially well with people managing postural issues, recurring injuries, long-term tension, the fear of re-injury, and anyone who simply wants to start again — properly.

One practice, woven from many.

A strong body isn't rigid. It bends with change — not a building resisting the wind, but a flag of strong cloth, proudly dancing in it.

She sees injuries as signals, not failures. Progress isn't a straight line — it ebbs and flows, with fluctuations and growth. Rebuilding trust in your body is a skill, and it can be learned.
